Pre-Sales Engineer

Low current & Security Systems

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or computer engineer.
  • 8 years of industry experience, including 4 or more years in sales engineering or consulting.
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provide technical sales support and application design of Low Current & Security Systems, services & solutions and support sales representatives in the field or meeting.
  • Design and prepare bill of quantities for comprehensive Low Current & Security Systems for residential business, commercial & industrial clients, etc.
  • Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships as applicable.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction which should result from proficient design and honest commitment.
  • Sales, Project and Internal Cycle
  • Sustain positive team work environment when required.
  • Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes and designs.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel.

Corporate Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or computer engineer.
  • 5 years of industry experience.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Identify, generate and achieve profitable premium revenues by maximizing sales opportunities and develop position in the market.
  • Responsible for new business development (prospection, lead generation, cold calling, etc).
  • Oversee delivery of assigned sales targets, to support revenue achievement objectives through defined guidelines.
  • Conduct presentations; provide proposals, samples & solutions, to promote sales.
  • Perform follow up visits on existing inquiries & quotations to close the sale followed by signing of the project contract / receipt of local purchase order.
  • Meet sales quotas and targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
